Berger Towers is an urban renewal project in Katamonim, Jerusalem — three modern high-rise residential towers with approximately 392 units and ~1,960 sqm (~20,000 sq ft) of commercial space. Developed by Berger Group, it replaces older buildings with a large-scale new community designed specifically to attract Anglo and international buyers. Katamonim is emerging as a central Jerusalem hub with multiple light rail lines (green, purple, blue) converging on it, while offering a more affordable entry point than Baka or Talbiya. Planning began around 2016, with groundbreaking and demolition in 2025 and estimated delivery in 2030.
